Aevum is Latin for an age, or a span of time without end. We chose it for a business built on stone.

A specialist, by design

Aevum FZE is a trading company registered in the United Arab Emirates. We trade two commodities, cement clinker and limestone, and manage the supply chains that move them.

We work between the quarries, clinker producers, grinding plants and bulk terminals of the Emirates. Buyers come to us for cargo on specification and on schedule, from one counterparty rather than a chain of intermediaries.

  • Focus

    Two commodities, not twenty. We know their chemistry, the quarries and kilns they come from, and what it takes to move them.

  • Execution

    Specification, tonnage, laycan and documents, delivered as contracted. When something slips, you hear it from us first.

  • Continuity

    Bulk trade runs on trust built cargo by cargo. We intend to be trading with the same counterparties in twenty years.

What we trade

Cement clinker and limestone, as spot cargoes and term offtake, on the full Incoterms range. Inland logistics and vessel chartering are handled in house, so one contract covers the cargo from source to delivery.
